The problem
What was broken.
The front desk was answering the same dozen questions all day in two languages, and clinicians kept getting interrupted to confirm dosages and appointment policies. Owners wanted answers at 9pm, not 9am. The clinic was losing time on triage that didn't need a human.
How we built it
The approach.
We built a bilingual ticketing flow with a knowledge base that grows from real conversations. Routine questions resolve themselves with vetted answers, payments run through Stripe, and anything ambiguous routes to the right person with full context. The front desk stopped firefighting and started owning the relationship.
