The problem
What was broken.
Yard and dock service work was being routed through email, voicemail, and the occasional spreadsheet. Requests went missing, priorities were argued by tenure, and operators on the floor had no single place to see what was due today versus tomorrow.
How we built it
The approach.
We built one queue for everything: stretch wrap, relabeling, repalletizing, loading, quality inspection, pick and pack. Clients file requests, the ops team triages by facility and priority, and SLA-overdue rows surface themselves so nothing slips. The floor and the front office finally read from the same list.
