The problem
What was broken.
A leader's inbox and calendar are a constant tax. Email triage, scheduling, follow-ups, and the small admin around meetings eat hours that should belong to deeper work. Most AI assistants live in a separate tab and require a context switch to use.
How we built it
The approach.
We built Dispatch to live in Telegram, where short-form conversation already happens. It reads and drafts mail in your voice across Gmail and Outlook, runs your calendar end-to-end (create, update, RSVP, conflicts), and remembers the thread so you can pick up where you left off. When it's not sure, it asks instead of guessing.
