1-on-1 mastery
Live AI coaching, on your real work.
Whether you want to ship something specific, get comfortable with a tool you've been avoiding, or just go deeper into the tech, sessions are live and shaped around whatever you bring.

Why pair with us
Building with AI on your own works. Building it with someone who's done it a hundred times works faster. The right tool for the job, the prompt that actually behaves, the architecture you did not know existed.
You get the months of trial back. We compress weeks of rabbit holes into a few focused sessions on your real work.
What you walk away with
Four things, in this order. The first lands the first session. The rest accumulate as we keep going.
Session one
A working artifact
Every session ends with something that runs. A script, an agent, a workflow, a deploy. Not a notebook, not a sketch. A thing you can use tomorrow.
Between sessions
A coach in your pocket
The work does not stop when the call ends. Async access between sessions, where a five-minute reply saves a half-day rabbit hole.
A few sessions in
A replicable pattern
The artifact is the surface. Underneath is the pattern: how to think about the prompt, where to put the tool calls, when to step back and let the model figure it out. You keep both.
By the end
Sharper instincts
After a few sessions you stop asking what to build and start asking the model the right question on the first try. That instinct is the thing that compounds long after we stop meeting.
How it goes
Four moves, in order. We stop when you are running on your own.

Phase 01
Scope
We talk through what you are trying to learn or build, the tools you already use, and the shape of a session that wraps with something tangible. No long discovery doc. Just enough to know where to start.

Phase 02
Ship session one
First live session, we build the thing. Real code, real prompts, real deploys. You leave with v1 in your hands and the why behind every choice we made.

Phase 03
Compound between sessions
Between sessions you use the thing, push it, and notice where it bends. We answer questions async so you do not lose half a day to a rabbit hole. The next session builds the v2 you have now earned.

Phase 04
Run it on your own
When you are shipping versions without needing us, we say so. The engagement ends because you have outgrown it, not because the calendar ran out.
How we meet
60 minute live video sessions, scheduled when you have something to work on together. Each session is recorded and shared back to you. Async access between sessions in whatever channel works for you: Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, or email.
What it costs
We bill hourly or project-scoped, depending on what fits the work. Quoted after a 20-minute fit call. Monthly cadence, paused or ended any time.
We are honest about whether you need this versus another path. If the question is small enough that one session covers it, we will tell you that too.
Things we've shipped with people
Anonymized snapshots of what comes out the other side. Yours will differ.
- A Slack bot that drafts replies in the user's voice and tone.
- A Claude pipeline that turns sales-call recordings into structured CRM updates.
- An n8n workflow that triages a founder's inbox before they wake up.
- A meeting-prep automation that researches every attendee the night before.
- An agent that watches an analytics dashboard and surfaces anomalies for the team.
Who it's for
The right fit, both ways.
When we say yes
- You want to be the one building, with someone alongside.
- You'd rather work in your own tools than sit through a course.
- You can give a session 60 minutes of real focus.
- You bring real work to the table, not hypotheticals.
When we politely say no
- You're looking for a recorded course.
- You want a fixed curriculum or a syllabus.
- You want us to build it for you and leave.
- You're rolling AI out to a whole team rather than learning yourself.
Who you'll work with
Small team, operator-grade. The person who scopes your project runs every session. You will not be handed off. We've shipped AI in production at small companies, in startup codebases, and in solo workflows. You get someone who has seen the pattern you are about to hit.
Questions worth asking
How much does it cost?
We bill hourly or project-scoped depending on what fits the work. Quoted after a 20-minute fit call. Monthly cadence, paused or ended any time. We're honest about whether you need this versus another path.
How long does it usually take?
Most engagements run four to eight sessions over a few months. We stop when you are shipping versions without us, not when the calendar runs out.
Do you record sessions?
Yes, every session, shared with you right after. The recording is not for review homework, it is a reference for when you are back in the work alone and want to check what we did.
What if I get stuck between sessions?
Async access between sessions in whatever channel works for you: Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, or email. We aim to reply within a business day. If you are truly blocked, we'll hop on a quick call rather than make you wait.
What about my data?
Stays with you. We work in your accounts and your repos, not ours. No copies kept after the engagement.
Is this Cursor / Claude / n8n / something else?
Whatever you already use. We're tool-agnostic and meet you in your stack. If we recommend trying something different, we'll say why and how much it'll cost to switch.
Can I bring more than one project?
Yes, though we usually start narrow. A single shipped thing teaches more than two half-built ones. Once the first is running, we widen.
Can I pause?
Anytime. The cadence is monthly and the pause is yours to call. We'd rather you come back when the work is ready than pay for a session you can't focus on.
Let's see if we're a fit.
Tell us what you're trying to learn or build. We read every note and reply within two business days, ourselves, not a form auto-reply.
